Ski Butlers began its journey in 2004 out of a single-car garage in Park City, Utah. Now servicing 40+ resorts in North America and Europe, our brand promise has not changed. HOW IT WORKS
Skip the shop lines and start your vacation the easy way. When you book Ski Butlers rentals through Ski Trip Advisors, your equipment is delivered right to your lodging and custom-fitted in the comfort of your room.
AGE RANGES
Adult: ages 13+; Child: ages 12 & under
PACKAGES
Premium Skis: Custom skis designed by Wagner and Parlor. Good for all ability levels as we have different skis for Type I, II and III.
High Performance Skis: Top of the line "demo" equipment (Powder and All-Mountain) for intermediate to expert skiers.
Performance Skis: All-mountain skis for beginner to intermediate skiers.
First Timer Skis: Softer, more forgiving ski for first time skiers and true beginner skiers.
Tweener Skis: Twin tips or junior racing skis for advanced children 16 and under and greater than 90lbs.
Junior Skis: Beginner skis for children under 90 lbs and with a shoe size smaller than 6.5.
Premium Snowboards: Snowboards from Whitespace designed by Shaun White.
High Performance Snowboards: Top of the line demo snowboards for intermediate to expert riders.
Performance Snowboards: All-mountain snowboards for beginner to intermediate riders.
Junior Snowboards: Beginner snowboard for children under 90 lbs and with a shoe size smaller than 6.5.
ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS:
Please choose the number of days to match the # of rental days required. If ordering for multiple renters, once the first rental has been ordered and is in your shopping bag, if the next product required is the same, please change the required fields to correspond with the new renter, and then click "Add More". When you are ready to checkout, select "Go To Checkout" or you may click on the shopping bag icon in the header. Once in the check-out screen, you will have the opportunity to edit all of your selections and skier data (name, D.O.B. etc.)
REFUNDS:
Unused rental packages are refundable at 90% of the value paid if cancelled at least 48 hours in advance. Refunds are not given on partially used days or cancellations that incur inside of 48 hours of the rental start dateRENTAL RESTRICTIONS
Standard Minimum:
- Ski Butlers requires a 2-day minimum on all rental orders.
Holiday & Peak Period Minimums:
- Christmas Week (12/26/25 – 1/4/26): 4-day minimum
- President’s Week (2/12/26 – 2/16/26): 3-day minimum
Ski Butlers does not accept single-person rental orders during the following peak dates:
- 12/26/25 – 1/4/26
- 1/16/26 – 1/19/26 (MLK Weekend)
- 2/12/26 – 2/16/26 (President’s Week)
- 3/13/26 – 3/18/26 (Spring Break peak)
