Cancellation:

**Worry Free Cancellation**up to October 1st 2023=Full refund of deposit paid.

Starting October 2nd the following applies

Cancel 30 days or more prior to arrival=10% loss of booking incl tax/service.

Guests are responsible for all nights booked inside of 30 days to arrival.

Cancel within 30 days subject to loss=100% of booking incl. tax/service.

Equipment Storage: Guests will still have the ability to store skis and snowboards on our outdoor ski storage racks (that will be locked every night) steps from the slopes. Interior access to the ski concierge will be limited (without a reservation for rentals) and we will be closing access to our boot and shoe storage for the winter.

Transportation: The Crestwood offers complimentary transportation to/from Aspen Airport daily. Guests should contact our front desk at 970-923-2450 once you have landed to request a shuttle. Return trips should be arranged 24 hours prior to departure. Additionally there is free parking available on-site for Crestwood guests.
